SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
Single Event - $500
ACHE of Greater Charlotte offers opportunities for companies to sponsor individual events throughout the calendar year. This single-event sponsorship is designed for companies interested in associating with a specific event topic without an annual commitment.
Benefits:
- Recognition of your organization’s logo/name on invites
- Your organization’s logo/name in event program OR projected on screen at event
- Your organization’s logo/name on table displays
- Verbal acknowledgement at event
- Opportunity for an organization representative to offer a short (2-3 minute) introduction of your organization at beginning of event
- Opportunity to display materials (unmanned booth or table) at event
- Opportunity to host event at a company site (must be centrally located to attract sufficient member attendance)
Bronze Level - $1,000
- Recognition of your organization’s logo/name on the GCHEG website with a link to your organization’s website.
- Verbal acknowledgment of sponsorship at educational events.
- Opportunity to display materials (unmanned booth or table) at your choice of Charlotte-based educational or networking events.
- Admission to one educational or networking event of the sponsor’s choice.
Silver Level – $3,500
All the benefits of Bronze Level, plus:
- Recognition of your organization’s logo/name on educational event invites.
- Recognition of sponsorship in quarterly newsletters.
- Use of the GCHEG membership mailing list for one mailing to membership.
- Opportunity to add an educational article or thought leadership piece to one quarterly newsletter, subject to approval.
- Admission to two educational or networking events of the sponsor’s choice.
Gold Level – $5,000
All the benefits of Silver Level, plus:
- One complimentary ticket to one invite-only senior executive event.
- Opportunity to add an educational article to two quarterly newsletters, subject to approval.
- Use of the GCHEG membership mailing list for two mailings to membership.
- Admission to three educational or networking events of the sponsor’s choice.
- Special partnership and recognition at the Annual Dinner.
Diamond Level – $10,000
All the benefits of Gold Level plus:
- Two complimentary tickets to one invite-only senior executive event.
- Opportunity to add an educational article to two quarterly newsletters, subject to approval.
- Use of the ACHE-GC membership mailing list for two mailings to membership.
- Admission to four educational or networking events of the sponsor’s choice.
- Special partnership and recognition at the ACHE-GC Annual Gala.
- A complimentary table (8 tickets) to the ACHE-GC Annual Gala.
- Opportunity to participate as a speaker or panel member at an ACHE-GC education or networking event of the sponsor’s choice.
Premier Level – $15,000
All the benefits of Diamond Level plus:
- Three complimentary tickets to one invite-only senior executive event.
- Opportunity to add an educational article to two quarterly newsletters, subject to approval.
- Use of the ACHE-GC membership mailing list for two mailings to membership.
- Admission to five educational or networking events of the sponsor’s choice.
- Special partnership and recognition at the ACHE-GC Annual Gala.
- Two complimentary tables (16 tickets) to the ACHE-GC Annual Gala.
- Opportunity to participate as a speaker or panel member at an ACHE-GC education or networking event of the sponsor’s choice.
For all sponsorship levels: Note that arranging a speaker for any event is not included as a sponsor benefit. Any speaker recommendation made by an ACHE-GC sponsor will be forwarded to the Programs Committee for review and approval.
