Through interactive scenarios and evidence-based techniques, participants will learn to recognize escalation triggers, apply emotionally intelligent communication strategies, and foster calm, constructive dialogue among team members and patients.
By attending the Handling Challenging Conversations through Strategic Communication to Promote De-escalation and Influence offered by South Piedmont Area Health Education Center participants may earn up to 1.0 ACHE Qualifying Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.
