Whether through their clinical practice, leadership, advocacy, or community engagement, these individuals are helping to build a more inclusive and equitable healthcare system.

🩺 Award Criteria

We are seeking nominations for physicians who:

• Demonstrate a deep commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in their professional work
• Lead community outreach and engagement that promotes inclusive care
• Contribute to innovation or scholarship advancing healthcare equity
• Provide care to patients within the Greater Charlotte area and Western North Carolina

Nominees may be involved in clinical care, education, research, or health equity initiatives that drive systemic change.

📄 How to Submit a Nomination

To nominate a physician, submit a brief narrative (1–2 pages) outlining how your nominee meets the criteria above. When possible, include:

• Specific examples of their work
• Measurable outcomes or demonstrated impact
