ACHE of Greater Charlotte is your local connection to ACHE!

ACHE has more than 80 chapters to provide you with educational programs, local information and networking and volunteer leadership opportunities close to home.

Chapters, such as ours, help early careerists develop crucial leadership skills and stand out in this dynamic healthcare landscape, and give mid- and senior-level careerists opportunities to give back to the profession.

If you have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a commitment to the profession of healthcare management, then you are invited to join ACHE as a member. There is no better resource to have at your fingertips than the premier organization for healthcare executives. Annual dues are $160 per year for the first two years, $265 in years three through five and $345 after five years and $75 for student associate status.

Student Membership

To be eligible for Student Associate status, you must:

• Be enrolled full-time or part-time in an undergraduate or graduate program in health services administration or related administrative field that leads to a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Be enrolled in a healthcare management program where the program or college holds at least a regional accreditation.
• Expect to graduate more than 60 days from the date of application.

ACHE of Greater Charlotte Membership

When you join ACHE, you automatically become a member of ACHE of Greater Charlotte at no additional charge!

ACHE-GC is a local chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) serving western North Carolina. Our membership is comprised of over 600 local healthcare executives interested in meeting healthcare professionals and sharing their experience and solutions to use in their day-to-day business environment.

Current members work in a variety of settings including hospitals, physician practices, IPA’s, health plans, consulting firms, pharmaceutical companies, technology development firms, nursing homes, state/county health departments, universities and other areas of the healthcare industry.

Local chapter membership is included as a benefit to all members of ACHE. Only ACHE affiliates are eligible to hold membership in chapters.

You are a member of ACHE-GC if you are a member of ACHE living in our chapter service region.

Membership in ACHE-GC is AUTOMATIC and FREE when you join ACHE or move to the chapter service region from another ACHE chapter area. No separate application or fees are needed, and you are automatically added to ACHE-GC’s news and mailing list.
